1. Introduction

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the application or website.

3. Nature of Service

GAADIAA TECHNOLOGIES LLP provides a digital platform that connects riders (users) with independent drivers. We do not provide transportation services directly. We only act as a technology facilitator to enable ride bookings between users and drivers.

4. Payments

All payments for rides are made directly by the user to the driver. The Company does not collect, process, or hold any payments on behalf of drivers or users. Drivers provide their own UPI or payment details within the application, and users pay drivers directly after completion of the ride.

The Company does not charge any commission or service fee on ride payments unless explicitly stated in future updates or separate agreements.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of the platform.
• Users are responsible for verifying the driver's details and ride information before making any payment.
• Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while using the service.

6. Driver Responsibilities

• Drivers are independent service providers and not employees or agents of the Company.
• Drivers must ensure that all information, including payment details and vehicle details, is accurate and up to date.
• Drivers are solely responsible for the services they provide to users.

7. Limitation of Liability

GAADIAA TECHNOLOGIES LLP shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising between users and drivers, including but not limited to payment issues, service quality, accidents, or delays. The Company only provides the platform and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of users or drivers.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to provide our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
